Secondly,I was wondering if somebody could make me a layout for a website.
If somebody can,I'll post details.
This is my first request,so sorry if I'm not doing the right thing..

If somebody can help me,could you please reply telling me what I need to tell you about the layout,so that I don't do anything wrong.

Firstly, welcome to Celestial Star!

It might help if you were a little more specific in what you wanted for the layout in the first place. You may get some more offers.  Providing images is a good thing also instead of getting the designer to find them. What words you'd like on the site (like the title) would be a good idea as well.
