has gigantic selection of anime music for free! Only needs to be registered, but it cost's nothing.

its very good site if you have something that can download torrent files. They share there Anime, Movies, OST etc

You can upload small- to medium-sized files at Yousendit.com and Megaupload.com
Larger files, you should probably use torrents, but if it's just music you're uploading, the two I mentioned should work.

This is a really old thread..and yes, right now I'm using Megaupload.com to upload my music for my mp3 rotation site XD
