What inspired u to the world of graphics?

because when I get into a website... i always wondered... how those people can do those beautiful things? and how they can codifing them?... then... I can't remember how I learn... but first was graphic design for me when I was 10.. and then html codes... if you're wondering im almost 15 O:

I guess... I wanna learn Photoshop because I saw those beautiful graphics sparkling around the net, and I want to make one like those, or even surpass those.

But even now, it's still so far for me... >.<

well this is my story.

one day i was just wondering HOW to blend two images together and i was skimmming through tuts.
then slowly there were other tuts on ps so i was just saying oh wow and oh wow and i wanted to learn about it.
so now i am really liking ps and i wanted to learn how to make a website,,because i kept wonderign how this peeps always make amazing things. and i am stil a very vrey new newby and want to learn html...well at least for now.

Well all I can say is because of anime of course.
The fact that you can make graphics like icons, banners and other graphics is amazing and I especially like it with anime.

Umm...when I first decided I wanted to make a site. My cousin made his first one and I thought I should make mine too so I did. Of course, in making a site, a layout needed to be made first so that's what got me into graphic designing.

I have been in the webdesign rings for years now. I guess I started because of a couple of sites (now they are closed for over 4 years now... sad really) and how amazing their layouts were and stuff that I wanted to produce something equally unique and creative. Now, that's my two pennies worth!

I started helping around Moogle's Page for a while. Then one day, the webmistress asked me, "Hey. Would you like me to host your own domian on my site?" I said sure. BUt then I realized- oh dang...I don't know how to make layouts or anything. Thus, I made my unlce buy me Photoshop and ta-da! I began designing stuff.

Anime and my friend <3 and when browsing around the site in the world wide web, i found Minitokyo and Animepaper and Deviantart. Meet so much talented people makes me want to try that graphics thingy xD

First off I was just about 13 years old lol and now im 16...
I came accross with glittery sites like cutespot.com
and ive decided to make my own site too in piczo and began creating my own layout
and one of site i came accross too is celestial star, ive used some of her layouts but then i just made my own and took her brushes and just playa round with photoshop.

I started learning HTML/website coding after I was enrolled in a computer camp for the summer (because I continuously crashed school's computers).  From what I learned there, and from me wanting my own site to host my stories at, I began teaching myself new ways that just the simple HTML they taught me at camp, using div layers then iframes.

I didn't start doing wallpapers until much later when I saw wallpapers on AnimeWallpapers.com by Sarcastic59 and Cynical126 (the Sailor Moon section to be specific) and wanted to learn how to make pretty things like that.  Avatars are relatively recent when I decided I wanted to have a matching icon with my desktop ^^

My first wall was in 2003, avatars started cropping up last year along with a few sigs.  Layouts since around 2000 but I've been having trouble making ones that I enjoy recently.

When I was 12, I used to play Neopets    I have a guild where I start trying to learn on my own html coding etc.  No one teach me anything, I just happened to write them down on a paper all the coding, memorized the code on what i need to do, and typed it and change around.  (What a hard way to start out learning  )  When I was one year older, I received Adobe Photoshop 7.0 from a friend.  I was happy that I can start making avatars but I didn't know how to begin.  Just happen when I found Painted Wings, I admired that site so much that I became one of the admin staff there.  This site was the first site that give me the impression and desired to web design world.  Around that time, I found Aethereality, DDG, and Celestial-Star.  They're all famous ^_^! 

I was really horrible at making layout design.  However, I did not give up and think that I can continued by practice.  Later, I met a friend on the forum, I actually talk but who would have thought that one year later we met in school.  She has her own graphic website, and I was inspired by the fact that finally someone is interested in something that I like so much.  Last year, I got my own website thanks to the help of my uncle for sponsoring me.  I made a lot of web designs, and graphics.  I don't know how many i threw away because I didn't like it.  However, sometimes it's fun to see how much I improved since then.  That's when i finally get used to using PHP and Mysql.  First touch is really painful  .  As I learned, I seem to love this too much that I cannot live without it. 

Since this 06-07 school year was extremely important and I tended to get stressed out a lot from school.  I became so busy with community services, clubs, homeworks, and works that I don't have the time left to play around with the codes.  So I would come home with free time, by the time i was on the bed, I fell asleep imediately.

Right now and probably in the future, I will take some of the computer graphic designs class.  I learned more about illustrator, image ready, and photoshop.  I'm glad that my school have this type of class.

I was so the same way. I never knew that I could copy and paste urls, so I wrote everything down in a notebook and typed it out from there. I still have that notebook, too, just because it is actually a decent refernce book.

So I'm not the only one eh ^_^!  I didn't write it in a notebook.  I didn't know how to use copy&paste either until I come up to one tutorial where they show beginner how to copy something and paste without wasting time typing them xD.

I don't exactly know.  I think I viewed several types of graphics, many places, and fell in love with it.  I wanted to do it well, so I started practicing... and now, I feel as if I've achieve a life-long dream! :D
