What ever happened to Sailor Moon?

Besides the fact that it ended.
When it ended in germany..I still saw every where sailor moon stuff, and now everything is like rare.
I am trying to buy my missing mangas again.. *my friend stole me 3... well she loaned them and keept them, but we're not friends no more*
On ebay the mangas are soo expensive and everytime I do bid on a few I get out bid LOL.
Come on,paying 10 euros for an used manga when it used to cost 5 is kinda... hooky.
Or the Tv show.
Can you image how hard it is to find it in german?? I still only saw it in english/Japanese..even in german stores.
I find it really amazing how everything is so hard to get to nowadays!!
To be quite honest, the whole Manga scene here in germany is going down..our biggest book shop just went from a full to the top book shelfs of mangas to one lil up to the waist shelf.Kinda sad isn't it?
Why is this happening? Nor do they show any good anime on tv anymore.. I used to love inuyasha *blush*

Um... Maybe it's because your're getting it in german? If you were to try to buy it in English or Japanese the least it would be is $300 for a
disk set
. The mangas would be at least $20-30 on amazon n' such. If you can't read in english or have a problem them I'm sorry but I don't know about german. You would usually only find japanese animes--in japanese and english. Sorry.

Well, it's just stuff about business. I mean, you know how after the anime ended, alot of people would be wanting the stuff. But now there are newer Anime people to get obsess with like Fullmetal Alchemist, Suzumiya Haruhi, Lucky Star and so and so. It's probably all about business. The shops sell better with the newer stuff than the old stuff. ._.

Yeah I checked amazon...they didn't have all,and they were used as well. And some were sold at outragous prices...
I reckon one day I have tov invest a lot of time and money into getting them..cuz having 1,2,and 4 in german and the rest in english would be weird..LOL.
They never show re-runs either of anime over here..T_T

Ouch, that sucks.
Well, maybe the Anime and Manga market in Germany isn't as flourishing compared to the market here in America..I think.

well inuyasha ended (and I mean- cut off ended) so if you watch that anime, it kinda sucks since they won't be finishing it even in Japan.
As for Sailor Moon - I'm not sure how it works with Germany - but in America the contract (copyright rights) that let it be sold, published and distrubuted actually expried and it was never reinstated. So nothing new may appear in stores anywhere. You have to find it online or special order it directly from Japan.

I used to watch this show when I was younger, but it stopped when I was 8. They didnt even finish r. I had to watch the episodes on youtube, but it spoiled everything :'(. It was the most incredible anime ever, it's what started my addiction! I agree, whatever did happen to sailor moon? I remember those years back when EVERYBODY watched sailor moon, it was the universal anime.
