I've got an example site for you to look at.  The coding still needs some final touching for IE, but the overall physical aspects are done.

Currently the coding still needs some tweaking, unless you only want your visitors to use Firefox when viewing the layout.  So I can send you the zip folder right now if you'd like, without the final tweakings of the code.
