Water Reflection Effect

I've seen from some sites texts that have reflections below them as if standing in the water. Does anybody know how this is done?

  Yep!  It's not hard at all.  All was done in Adobe Photoshop!

This show you using an image to make a water reflection, but using text would be the same.  My first suggestion that once you think you are satisfied with the text, rasterize it.  Make a duplicate and reflect it.  I hope this tutorial help you
