I wrote this tut few days ago but my computer broke down =_=so im writing it now.
Kayy.. this tut is meant to was off pictures that are a bit too red or orange(or too warm) and give it a blue touch~ not really meant for very dark pictures! My first tut here goes!^.-"
1. I started off with this
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii236/LilYue/o9.jpg
2. Duplicate the image and set it to screen 70%
3. Now it looks kinds red.. so wash it by filling it with a solid color layer #f44646 on difference 5%(before i changed it it looks creepy0.0)
4. Now a new cures layer...set the input to 19 and the output to 29.
5. Selective coloring time! selective color layer and put:
REDS
+85,+15,+25,-12
YELLOWS
-25,0,0,0
WHITE
-55,0,0,0
NEUTRAL
+25(or 35),+12,-15,+8(or 10)
BLACKS
-12,0,0,0
(leave it normal)
6. Apply this texture
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii236/LilYue/9.jpg(NOT
made by me-i forgot who-_-)
on screen 100%
7. Apply this texture
http://i265.photobucket.com/albums/ii236/LilYue/trfdsfgh.jpg
set to Lighten 100%(erase unwanted parts)
8. New color fill layer #86b2d4, color burn 80%
9.(OPTIONAL) new layer, then Image>Apply Image,then filter>sharpen>unsharpen mask
on these settings: Amount: anywhere from 40-50%(mine iz 50%),Radius: 4.9-6.0(mine iz 5.3),Threshold: LEAVE IT ALONE
That really sharpens it nicely withought blurring-no?
LAST RESULT OV MINE :
