I don't know about instant downloads, i just use P2P's but have you ever tried YouTube? Just don't rely on the quality. Got almost all the anime you want hosted on their. No downloading, just wait for the video to buffer.

Yep, I go there. But that's for manga. Very nice too, but you should go to the mirror downloads section.
For anime... I have no clue...

it's pretty good. You just search for "anime" episode 1,2,3 etc.
