Theme changing

I can't seem to change theme- they remain same for me, I went to profile, changed it, save changes, but it stays same. Can anyone help me with this?

I believe Melfina has the changing of themes disabled. It's just the way phpBB does it, keeping the different names displayed. Really annoying, though. >.<

It actually is annoying, if I choose not to let users change the theme, it shouldn't appear.

Anyways, feel free to change it now, I've changed it.
