The first one I ever watched was Sailormoon. I instantly fell in love with the anime. The next one I watched was Akazukin CHa-Cha. So kawaii!!! :lol:

Mine was Speed Racer. ^__^ I used to watch it all the time when I was little. Of course I didn't know it was anime. Then I probably watched some Sailor Moon, and DragonBall Z was the first anime I saw that I actually *knew* was anime. ^^; Ooh~ so pathetic. Lol!!

Well Sailor Moon is the first anime i ever saw, but since you said single series, it would have to be Full Moon Wo Sagashite.

A lot of girl's first anime series is Sailor Moon, but surprisingly, mine wasn't. It was actually Cardcaptor Sakura. I know it's kind of lame, but it's sweet. Kind of the cliche, innocent childhood love thing.

In the techincal sense, my first was watching Speed Racer. Then getting up at 6am to watch Sailor Moon. Thats when I knew what anime was. My first series I ever bought was the Neon Genesis Evangelion set. Unforuntately it was stolen.....there goes 120.50..><;;

Hmmm.....I'm pretty sure it was Speed Racer....but I nevere knew it was Animeback then...then I watched Sailor Moon...thats when I found out a little about Anime, though I never really thought deeply about it. Just last year when I first watched Inuyasha, I really found out a lot aout Anime and Manga (Especially Manga)..And now Im totally hooked...so in a way Inuyasha :P
