Welcome to the new SOTW! Sorry for the long delay ^^'

General:

The theme of this week is going to be: "Dragons"
yeah, pretty lame theme, I know = . =''

The size will be around 400x100, this means that you can use a bigger size aswell as a shorter size.

Only 1 submissions this week.

Ripping is NOT allowed. If you are caught in ripping, you'll get banned from the next 5 SOTW... and if caught again, then you'll get banned forever. Ripping means that you take someone elses work and claim it your own and use it for your own graphics.

Any program can be used.

You can use animations in your sig if you want to.

Voting:

1. Only members with 10 or more posts can vote.
2. Members who have submitted their sigs MUST vote or get banned from this competition for 2 weeks.
3. Members cant vote for their own sig.

Good luck to everyone! Hope to see many submissions this week!
