Im not sure what ive done,Ive done the tuts here before and they have worked fine for me with the coding,but this time it went really wrong.If theres anyway you can look at the site and tell me I would appreciate it.I want to redo it a bit and move the navigation.I REALLY wanted to do a image map with the content showing up in the same page but I can figure it out .... something like this  http://www.addictivepleasure.magicalcharms.co.uk/main.html

It seems neither your navigation background nor your frame are there o_o

Make sure you've uploaded the files to the right folders, and that there are no uppercases in your file names (linux servers are CaSe SenSitIvE).
