Could you post the whole code and maybe the link to the webpage? But a quick fix would be just to add a splash page and state to view the layout only in IE

For tables, I like the width of 770px But for divs, 700x500 or 500x400 for a small one

Oooh, i get it now. Yeah, try the div layout tutorial at celestial-star.net and then embed the CSS you like. A lot of sites have premade css codes. Just add it into your stylesheet
