I'm pretty sure there were external flash players for you to put on your website :/ can't remember the url, though... there's most likely to be more than one.

If you mean .swf files, you just need a flash player, for example Adobe Flash Player. It's free:

If you're not making money from them, then a link on your site is perfectly fine!
