I know this project is very delayed. I just want to give everyone a heads up. this project [site] would probably won't complete until next year. I'm currently in a very busy moment, school and our side activity. Also my current sites! I'm also having financial problems. So I won't be able to pay for the hosting of the domain. I need help looking for a hosting or sponcering space. I would be glad if anyone is willing to give me a big help to the site could be up and running. So far the site looks like this http://chinatsune.net I know... I haven't gotten so far. ._. If you cant' stand to wait that long for the site to be open then I'm okay with that.

Your coding is alittle different from my style. I'm not sure if this woudl work but try adding this in the between the Head section. Quote <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" align="center" Background="BG Image URL" style="background-repeat: repeat-y;"> It worked when I tried but I had to modify it a little. Hope it works for your layout.

instead of Shadow maybe try use "stroke" in blending options.

Oh! Instead of using the orinal picture try do this Open the picture you want Then go to the top bar then do File>New... Or just [ctrl>n] Then there should be a box. In both of those box put 100 in there. Make sure that the option on the right is Pixles not cm or inches. Then after that get the picture you want copy it then paste it to the 100x100 space you have. That should work I hope that make sense
