Okay...well if you want, I could make the layout for you. Just give me an image and a general direction of where you want ot go with it and I can do it. Just post all that stuff here. And don't worry, everyone is in a different time zone here.
One thing I see right away is that you a combination of outter and inner CSS. What would be easier for you to do would be to take the CSS and copy it to another document. Name it style.css. Then put in this code right here:
Everyone wants to make a vector. But it takes forever! Here's is the simpliest way out there to get the full vector effect in just three easy steps!
1. Open your image that you want to vector. I will use this one of Ayumi Hamasaki.
2. Go to Filter>Artistic>Cutout. In the window that pops up, zoom the picture out a bit so you can see what is happening to it. Just mess around with the settings a bit until you get a look that you like.
No. of Levels: Lower numbers make it simpler. Higher numbers make it more detailed. Edge Simplicity: Lower numbers give a more detailed shape. Higher numbers make the shapes larger and out of proportion to the picture. Edge Fidelity: Sharpens the edges of the shapes.

Well that is good. I have been moving around a lot myself lately. My uncle and I have been doing much company business. But I really enjoy it. The day after tomorrow we get to head over to London, then we go to Russia!
now all I have to do is think of who to make a wallpaper of. I think I may do one on Bou. But i will have to see if I have any good pictures to do it with.
