Problems with my layout

I'm having some problems with the layout. Can someone please help?

I decided to make a div/frame layout now so I won't be having any transparent scrollbar problems anymore. But still, I'm having troubles.

I'm not sure, but you've already put the chroma filter at the iframe tag on the index page, so there's no need to put that anywhere on the frame page itself.
