I am still looking for php download counter and view counter as like celestial star but not include log in so I can't find download counter. Please suggest me about code of php download counter. I need help. Thanks!

The flat database file way to do download counter is the link I send you before.  But inorder to have download/preview counter like most site do, that is done including mysql.
