photoshop text tool question
« on: February 05, 2008, 12:19:48 PM »

for some reason out of nowhere, my text tool got messed up.

when i try to add text to a graphic, the tool is so small i can't see it at all (after i click on the image), on any pt size. if i set the font size to 1296 pt (the biggest you can go), it'll show up, but it's still really small. all of my other settings are fine.

can anyone tell me how to fix it? i have cs2 by the way.

thank you so much!

Oh, I've had this problem too. So far, I haven't found a proper solution. However, simply restarting Photoshop or yoru computer should fix it.

Check what DPI setting you have on new files, if you're creating files with anything higher than 300 DPI then that could be the problem. 72 DPI is the default for web images, 300 DPI for print images.
