Paint Shop Pro Help

So i need help with paint shop pro.I am reading this tutorial http://www.swimchick.net/visitors/tutorials/perfectlayout2/perfectlayout2.php all is going well until i get to THIS imge. In my paint shop pro there is no pencil, I had paint shop pro 9 it didn't have it so i download Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo x2 and when i click on pen tool i get [url"http://i176.photobucket.com/albums/w189/steveh-/1-1.jpg"]THIS[/url]
Im pulling my hair out over this? Does any one know the reason, I've also tried right clickthing > Commands > Dragging over draw tool, but it doesnt let me and where it does let me, when i click it, it doesn't work!! 
PLEASE HELP!
