Order Problems

Hello there,
Happy new year to you all.
I need a little help please. I understand it has been the festive season so not many are able to get online.
I purchased some commercial brushes and paid on the 23rd of Dec. I have been awaiting for the link to download via email but have had nothing come through.
I have checked my spam/junk folder on a regular basis just in case, but again nothing.
I have emailed the address that's on my PayPal receipt but haven't had a reply.
Could anyone please advice.

I'm sorry about that, but I can't do much during my christmas vacations, It's so frustrating
