No idea what to do

So I downloaded "Requiem" by Melfina and I have no idea how to get it on my myspace. What do I need to do to it? This is the link to the layout.

Um, I could be completely wrong, but I don't think the way that layout is coded is meant for MySpace. You can get some of Melfina's MySpace layouts at her other site: http://myspacecodex.net/
