Need Help on Table Layout!

Hello there! I've came across many DIFFICULTIES while coding my table layout! It seems that everytime I do, the contents and navigations are always out place and weird...I don't know why but...I'm pretty sure that my coding is rite though.....=[

Anyways, if anyone is willing to help me out, please reply asap!!!!!!! ^__^

The question would probably be answered better on the coding part of the forums, along with posting the actual code for the layout and explaining exactly what is weird about the site (we can't see anything wrong since we don't know what it's supposed to look like to begin with).

Also, posting your browser would help.
