Need a layout~

Okay. I need a layout with 3 columns that can hold lots of links.

My website is called Mbloo, and right now, its not up. (I like having the layout first)
I want it to be kinda like this one:http://celestial-star.net/layouts/preview/169/
For instance, it must have two cute girls(he he) on the banner. (I'm making the website with my friend)


I don't really care what color it is, as long as they don't clash. I would prefer the light blue colors(like the ones she used) though.
