Moving buttons?

How do you make a button that moves? I have Adobe Photoshop CS/Image Ready CS. I've tried to make one, but it just isn't working out... ^^;;; Someone help please.

Okay, I got it to move. Now I am having trouble with saving it as optimized... it doens't say *gif for me... stupid thing... grrr... help please! >.<;;;

You should check to make sure the file you used to make the button wasn't in another type like JPEG

I already checked and there is no way I can change it to save a s*gif. It's stupid, it says that my saving options were HTML, JPEG, HTML & JPEG. That's it.
