locked piture dizaster!!

every piture i have is locked for some reason i tried duplicating but then i cant apply patterns on it ...help would be greatly appreciated!

You can unlock the layers if that's what you meant.
But if you mean the background layer, just copy and paste it onto another canvas and make a new layer and start adding your patterns.

Straive makes sense. If you would be so kind as to give us a bit more information on your problem, then we would be more able to help you. ^^ If you can tell us what program you are using (if it is indeed a graphics program you are having troubles with) and what you mean by the pictures being "locked", we would probably have a better answer for you.

Screenshots are always helpful if you find that words fail you. ;)

This probably could be better placed in another forum, but until I know what the problem is, I'm not sure which forum to put it in. O.o Probably Creative mediums...

Well while I'm unsure of what the problem is, I'll move this thread. The Support/Suggestions forum is for problems with Celestial Star, not general images.

i mean the picture i have has a tiny lock the right so i cant do ajustment to it

Oh! do you mean on Photoshop.
Simple. There are many ways to fix that. Well the way I usually do it is

Select the image. [You can do that by clicking ctrl a]
Then Copy the image [ctrl c]
Then open a new file of your favorable size then paste the image [ctrl v]

OR

The easier way is right click on the locked layer.
Then chose "Layer from Background"
Then something should pop up and then click Ok!
Then everything should be just fine. :D
