I'm requesting a layout because I'm not good at them. ><

Name- Minkorei
Layout Type- Div
Colors- Rainbow-ish? XD
What I Want on it- Eichi and Mitsuki from Full Moon Wo Sagashite. (If you need them, I have pictures.)
Text- Raibow Petals

Please can you make this for me?
