Layout Help

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone can teach me how to make a layout like the one Celestial Stars has now. You see, I have a big site and I'd like to make a layout with a lot of room for it. So is there anyone here that can possibly teach me, please? ^^

It's done with tables though it would be realllly long to explain. A div with two colums should work too. Anyways, if you want to try tables, look here
