Layout Database Help

I posted this on DDG also. Between here and there someone should be able to help me out.... i hope...

I have been kind of going off of the blog database to write this. But now i can not get my comments to work right and and edit form doesnt work. For the comments, it says both layouts have a comment and views it when it should only be on one of them. View Here

Nevermind that Danial helped me out over at DDG. But if anyone know how to make it so i can upload the files from my browser and ahve them instered into the table all at once that would be great! lol is htat even possible?
