konniciwa mina!!!

konniciwa mina atashiwa ue-chan i am new here so i've came to say hello so hello everybody.Gomene mina if idon't write correctly because i am from romania.i hope i'll have time to know everybody. also do you know how to open flash (maybe is a stupid question but i really don't know,i'll really apreciate)

Hello and welcome!

If you mean .swf files, you just need a flash player, for example Adobe Flash Player. It's free:
