Hi hello!!
I made a layout with Photoshop but I don't exactly know how to code it.....
So I was wondering if there is anyone willing to code it for me? I would really appreciate it!

I dont know how you created your design but if you can send me the PSD of it, it will help alot when i have to slice the images for coding
Just PM me back and tell me all the details about it!

Really?? Awesome thank you!!
But before I send you the PSD file, do you know how to code it in PHP/CSS??
If you don't than what about XHTML/CSS?

Well i dont really work with PHP or XHTML i usually just code in
CSS and HTML.
Here are some examples of my work if you have any worries
http://www.skai-designs.com/
http://www.skai-designs.com/portfolio
http://wsphotos.freeo.net/
(still have not updated)
http://skadyphotography.freeo.net/
(still have not updated...)
Anyway.. before we get going at all, tell me what kind of a site is it?
I mean is it just like a personal online portfolio/graphic designs, or is it like a... blog/forum/gallery type site?
Because i can do a personal site, however if its something like... a blog than im sorry i cant help you ^^
Anyway just tell me some more details and i'll tell you if i can help or if i cant

No. Divs are what you use to contain the content, whereas XHTML is the language you code in. I don't know too much about it because I use good ol' fashioned HTML, but I'm sure it's not too hard to learn.
