Did you take a look at the url of your images? I think that might be the problem.

Undoubtedly. If you used Photoshop, ImageReady or PSP [or another similar program], they probably saved the slices of your image in a folder called images. So, you'll either have to change your coding and remove "images/" from the image slice names, or create a new folder on your server called images. I usually change my code, but it's your call.

You might have forgotten to upload the images. If you use FTP, it'd be easier if you uploaded the whole folder in which all of your content is in. If you don't, you'd either have to change the coding or add a folder for you to keep your images at (if you use Photoshop or any similar programs).

Yeah, i would probably use zip and then unzip it.

for example
< img src = images/ your image url. gif >
Maybe you forgot the image part?

Are you sure you uploaded it all in their appropriate folder? If yes, maybe your hosting server connection was disconnected or had been reset that time. It can also be the hosting service's problem.
And be sure to check that all of the file names written in your coding were all correct.

For example, you wrote in your coding...
Code:
<img src="images/index_01.jpg" />
but in your folder images the file name is index_01.png
Instead of JPG, it's PNG.

Try it again.
