So far I've had like this horrible luck at cutting out images and getting the edges to be smooth. Is there a fairly easy way to do this or does it just take ages to get everything perfect?

What do you use to extract them? I use the pen tool and I had started a tutorial on how to do it with that tool... I haven't finished it though, I made the screenshots, but didn't write it yet ^^u

Uh. Extract? o__o; I use PSP7, usually the magic wand.. I was just wondering if there was an easier way to do it in Photoshop.. 'cause everything I cut out in PSP7 looks awful..

I don't really like the magic wand :/ It doesn't make it "clean" (like a clean cut) *goes back to finish the tutorial*

Hopefully I'll have it up soon >.<

Forgive me for posting a bit late, but I have a suggestion on how to extract images in PSP. First open up the image, duplicate the layer and then delect the original background layer. Just click on the selection tool and set it to point to point. Then zoom into the image and outline it. Remove a little bit each time by pressing ctrl + z and then ctlr + d to deselect. I hope that helped o_O
