and I was doing perfectly until around the bottom where "Coding the layout" started.

I got very confused at the (Windows > Info) part and I was wondering if anyone could help me?

By (Windows > Info), it means to click on the Windows tab and select the Info option. It will open up an information box that will allow you to get the measurements you need to put into the coding that was shown just above that instruction. =)
