I need staff

I am pripering to relise my new site Ningyome[dot]Com but it wil be hard to update it often since i am a manga-ka (or at least a wonna be) and i have an art site (on the same domain) and i make a lot of lousy mistakes and typos ,so it's simle what i want .I am in need of staaf ,someone who will update it when i wont have time someone who will be shure it wont be full with bugs and errors,and someone who will make shure the requests get on serten forums (after a wile I may re open mine but for now let it be closed) so designers who want will make layouts that will be published and so on...

If you have spere time please do applay.Ofcourse there are some terms :

MUST know how to use photoshop
Must know Html and CSS (if you know php/cgi/perl/mysql it's easy to become an admin here)
Must know how to design and code tables.divs,frames and pop-ups
...
