Okay, so for about the past week I've been trying to figure out PSP7 and I can't.
xD

I figured out how to get fancy text and all that jazz, but I don't really know how to do anything else. Like, I really need help with brushes. <.<
I can extract the zip file or whatever but I don't know what to do after that.

I'm sorry if I'm not being all that clear or anything. I don't really know how to explain my woes with PSP. xD

But, yeah, if anyone could help me I would love you forever. :]

to download brushes, you simply do the following:

• Click Edit > Preset Manager
• Select "Brushes" at the top
• Click Load (on the right) and select your brush
• Click Done

Hopefully that helps. =)
