I need a helping hand

I am helping a friend to open a lineage 2 server and I am designing the web site. I made the main graphic design but its been ages since the last time I created a webpage and I don’t remember a thing  plus I don’t even have my programs anymore so I ask if someone can help me to add tables on this image and help me turn it into a webpage :P

I would suggest looking at the tutorial here [http://celestial-star.net/tutorials/38-table-layout-div-style/] for help, even if you don't have any of your programs. You should be able to code in NotePad, as long as the image has been sliced in Photoshop, ImageReady, PaintShopPro, or any similar program. If you have any problems, this is the right place to ask
