Hi, I was wondering if anyone knows how to make a real life star...actor...actress...or whatever, look slightly cartoon-like?
Eg: the current Celestrial-Star.net layout

Nope, the one I used for CS layout is a CG, so it's a complete artwork ^^u Taken from the official site right here:
