how to make my own web sites? (help please! plaese... please...)

i really want to make my own like celestial-star.net...
where i can post my own graphics, my texture, brushes, tutorials etc. but i dunno how to make my own websites like this and i really need your help 
seeking for help, ummm? yeh!  how to get started and where?  please...

I would suggest reading as many tutorials as you can, and also look into free hosting, like Freewebs, GeoCities, or Bravenet. That way as you get more advanced, if you decide to buy your own domain and hosting plan or find hosting on a subdomain, you can easily get rid of your old work if you don't like it, or have extra space to store files if you need it [or, if you decide web design isn't really for you, you can delete your old stuff]. The downside to free hosting at one of those sites is that it's hard to get help from anyone running the site, whereas if you were on a subdomain you could get help from the domain owner, but in your case specifically, you can always ask for help here.

free sub-domains can be found here:

Just sign up and you can get a sub-domain of ______.co.nr. It's totally free!

I suggest using Bravenet or Geocities if you have no idea what to do. Both of these web hosts give pre-made layouts and stuff to help beginners. If you want to use a layout like from CS or one you made, I highly suggest Freewebs. There are no banners or pop-up ads on your site and it's free.

Make sure you learn basics such as making links, showing pictures, and all that good stuff. The best place to learn it all would be Lissaexplains.com. It's an excellent site to teach all you need to know about HTML and other codings.

Like Katie-Kate said, just read a lot of tutorials as well. =)
