Hi! Nice to meet you, do tell us a little about you, like profile or what u like... oh and everyone is new at first.. don't rush, experience with basics..... basics are what build us, try and view your photoshop menu, practice marquee tools, and u'll benefit a lot, them move to layer, paint tools.. and lastly practice on tutorials given at CS.. like brushes, blending, stuff like that.. good luck!
