Help with Coding

I'm new here and I'm creating a fansite for my favourite onscreen couple. Unfortunately I have no idea how to code layout.Okay I'm getting to the point now - can someone pretty please help me code the layout in the iframe style? Please and thanks in advance. If you're interested in helping me I can pm you the image. I've already created the image, it just needs to be coded.

hmm iframes aren't that dificult. I would love to code it for you but I've been very busy lately. So heres an easy to follow tutorial

thanks so much for the tutorial but I didn't get it. The content and navigation area didn't show. I spent almost an hour and a half trying to figure it out. So can you please help me?
