Help.. Div Layout coding.

Hey, I'm new here, and  I followed all the steps on http://celestial-star.net/tutdesigns.php?mode=view&id=2 but, everytime I try to code it, i always get decimals like 1.670, and as soon as I move my mouse, all  the info dissappers. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Right click the cross at the bottom left corner of the info window and select "pixels".

2. With Photoshop, take the rectangular marquee tool, open the info window if it's not already opened (Windows > Info). Right click on the cross at the bottom left corner of the info window and select Pixels so that the values show in pixels. Click and drag on your image where you want your content box to be and hold your cursor at the top left corner of the selection you've just made. Now you can replace the XXX with the proper values on the div

ah, i was a bit confused about that part too, but i've got it...

the 'XXX' can be found in the notepad file you should have...then you replace the 'XXX' (from the <div style="position: absolute; left: XXXpx; top: XXXpx; width: XXXpx">Write your text and content here</div>) with the numbers shown on the info screen.

i had a program in my computer it's called HTMLKit and that's the one i'm using when i'm editing the layout i've made from Photoshop but when i'm done putting the CSS and other codes the preview isn't showing the one i've made in Photoshop there's nothing displayed only the CSS output not the actual layout .......pls. help me .......
