Since the forum is in a different server than the site, it won't be down if the site goes down and all, so I can tell you what's happening.

Right now the site's suspended, though I don't know why. I've already contacted support and I should get a reply shortly.

Well, it's kind of nice that the two are on different servers, that way we aren't completely clueless and in the dark about what is going on, O.o

Got a reply. Well in fact I got more than one reply, but anyways:

It seems the solution to all those problems will be moving my site to a Virtual  Private Account server. That way the resource usage will be restricted to only celestial star and it would not affect other sites. This will mean more $$$ from me, but I'm willing to pay more (well, not insanely much more though). Hopefully it'll be solved tonight (hopefully), though I'm afraid it's 3 AM here and I won't be able to reply to my host until morning X_x
