Display problem in Firefox
« on: September 28, 2007, 02:43:36 AM »

Hi everyone. I've got a little problem that I need help with. My website (an iframe) is situated in a table and looks perfectly fine in internet explorer. But when I look at in Firefox, you can see where I sliced my image in the form of horrible blue bars. I did a google search, in search of some sort of help. But I don't think I'm using what I found correctly.

Some places said use this:

Code:
<img style="display:block;" src="image.jpg">

For my img style. I tried and it didn't work Sad.

So I figure I'm either coding it wrong or something to that effect.

This is my site

Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Yeah, I knew the links didn't work right.

I fixed them. They should all work but the Links in and Out.

I'm fairly positive. They all work fine for me.

Which links aren't working?

Well for me, both links in the "Links" section aren't working (Links out, and link me)
Everything else works.
Plus some of your links (like on your "About me" page) should be linked out of the iframe window(so the external link doesn't appear in the frame.(I forgot how to do that though Sad )

To open external links outside of the frame, you'll need to target them. This is a good idea for any link that isn't part of your site, like affiliates and whatnot. It's super easy coding, too.

When you code your links, just put target="_blank" in the link coding, like this:
<a href="URL here" target="_blank">text here</a>

Since you're using frames anyway, I'm sure you know how to target links anyway so they'll open in the right frame, but this will open them in a new window [or a new tab in Firefox and Opera].
