Contact form

Hello everyone! Can anyone tell me where I can find a contact form, just like at celestial-star.net? It uses a captcha and it displays an error if I don't fill the form out. Anyone knows?

Well, I believe that Melfina coded that herself, however there might be some tutorials out there that could help you, if you were willing to code the contact form by yourself, well... with the help of the tutorial.

THIS is a very nice tutorial on creating a contact form with PHP. It doesn't have CAPTCHA, but it is good for simple forms.

And HERE is a tutorial on CAPTCHA. That should help you do what you want. =)
