Ok, so this week I'm trying to mix things up a little bit with a different kind of blend challenge.  I hope we still get just as many (maybe even more!) participants as in the past.  And I'm very sorry for my lateness with running the blend challenges.

For this blend challenge I'm asking that you make a blend that encompasses you as a designer.  So essentially, the only requirement is that it must scream you!  (Colorizations and photomanipulations are allowed, and if you have any other ideas just drop me a message.)

And also, I will now be critiquing blends after handing out awards.  So if you would prefer I didn't do your's, please state so in your entrance.

This blend represents me as a designer because it illustrates how I draw my inspirations from fashion and models, it also has a very grungy feel; which is how my very first works looked.  (:

how does it express me. i love designing in general, it is a passion and a way to express myself freely :33 (that plus i love art, thus the reason why there are some art shapes in there xD) the butterfly is more for decoration, and because i find drawing butterflies really art-y lol

OHMAN!  Look at all these entries!  Dx Haha, your's is beautiful Hikari.  ^_^ But considering the fact we can't really have much of a contest with only one entrant, OTHERSPLZENTER.  <3 This pretty much allows you to do whatever you want, so I think it shouldn't be too hard to make something.  x/

how it expresses me: The pictures in this blend were taken by me. The rose in the picture was given to me by my boyfriend. The rose symbolizes him and  our love. He inspires me. This is why the word Inspiration is there. The energy and effort I put into my work comes from inspiration from him and from others. It keeps me going. The part that says "and love from within" explains that my love for designing is combined with inspiration so I may make some work that I will be satisfied with.

hmm well...this is the first blend challenge ive ever joined lol. i hope i did it right :X

hmmm, I'd love to try, but I'm really just getting started in graphics so my attempt may be a bit pathetic XD Ah well, it's worth a shot.  When is the deadline extended to?

alrighty, I'm working on one now, hopefully it'll come out alright, being my first and all ^^ I've done little things with blending, but nothing big yet.  It'll be good to get the critiques and such.

Well here goes... I have done one, it represents things i am interesting, and also has a pic of ME in it!! :P Just hope you dont turn to stone if you see me in the pic :P



I know it isnt that good, but im still learning at doing blending tbh....
well this explains my passion for research on demons and also my passion for listening to EA, also I LOVE color blending ^^ well there is loads explained in it, but ill leave to to find that out! :P

I chose faeries because I love them lol... I collect faerie figurines and love to do graphics with them.  I also love medieval-type dresses which is why I chose these particular ones.  I absolutely adore all things fantasy.

Please critique like crazy, since I'm just getting started and I want to know exactly what I ought to improve.  I use Jasc PSP8 if that helps at all lol!
